Keep the End in Mind

One of my favorite things I heard Sunday morning was this...Live your life with the end in mind. Think about what who you want to be when you are presented to God on judgement day. I want to be someone who lived her life actively seeking God. I want to exude the fruits of the spirit. I want it to just be second nature for me to keep his first and second commands: to love God with all our heart, body, and soul, and then to love our neighbor as ourselves. I want to have reached many people and brought them to Christ. I want to have been as good of an example as my mother was of selflessness to Josh and my future children and have raised them to lead Christ-centered lives. So what does that mean that I need to do today...tomorrow...next week...next year?? I can't just sit around and wait for it to happen one day!
