That sounds so weird! It's kinda sad that I don't say his age in days anymore! Not really, though, because I'm that much closer to sleeping through the night...or at least most of it. :) Tuesday was his one month birthday. I weighed him, and he's gained 3 lbs since his birth! He weighs 11 lb., 5 oz. He's already starting to wear 3-6 month clothes!! (sniff, sniff) My baby boy is changing so much, but I'm loving the changes. He is really starting to stare at us more, which just melts our hearts. Last week, he gave me a real smile. I tried to catch it on camera, but he was starting to get over it and only gave me a half smile...but it's still so cute! Of course, newborns never look as cute in pictures as they do in person. Something about the flash really changes their look. This week he has smiled several times, and I can tell that before too long, he'll be smiling a lot! He's starting to loose his hair (he has a receding hairline!), so I think pretty soon he'll be a bald baby. Tomorrow I'm going to go up to my school and show James to the kids. That should be really fun and crazy! Here is a pic from my first Mother's Day!
AI update: I know everyone has their own opinion about AI, but I am so happy that my 2 favs are in the top two! I think the top 4 had equally good voices, but just completely different types, so I have been happy with the way it has gone. Now I just want my very favorite of all, Taylor, to win. I LOVE his voice so much, love his personality, his originality, pretty much everything about him. I'm going to do my first voting next week for Taylor.

Your little boy is so sweet! I understand about the months not days thing...I have been so bad about not going by months with my second child. He's just two...not, ummmm, 29 months. That took me a second!

Your baby is so cute but so BIG! The triplets are now 9 weeks old and the biggest one is 6lb 15 oz and we think he is HUGE!
PRECIOUS! I am glad I got the 3-6 month pajamas!!! Your little boy is about to be able to take on my six month little girl! She is underweight though. I am feeling bad about that but trying to fatten her up! I am so happy for you guys. Tell Josh hi!

Lauren, he is sooooo precious! It's hard to believe he is already a month old! You look beautiful as always. We can't wait to see him. Not sure when we can come out. I'm hoping to make a trip to Italy (if I can get on a plane)! J and J left Tuesday and are there! I'll make sure they have your blog spot so they can see how big James is getting.

He is super sweet! Can you believe how fast time flys. That's great that he has gained 3lb since birth. He must be an eater!! I just got an email from Cherry Owen Hudnall a couple of days ago. You know she had twins and they are about 9months old. I'm going out of town for a couple of weeks but I will try and give you a call when I get back. I hope your little guy is allowing you more sleep. Love ya
