James ran around and had fun watching his older cousies going down the waterslide and jump in the jumphouse. In this picture, he is doing what he does a lot now-running and making noise so that his voice bounces as he runs. His cheeks also jiggle up and down, but you can't tell that in the picture!
When his Nana and Deedah came, he started running to them and took a pretty bad fall to the ground. Luckily, he landed on his hands first, so his head was not the first thing to hit the pavement! Poor thing looks so pitiful now! The first picture was right after, and then last one was about an hour later. I wonder how many more boo-boos like this he will get before it's all said and done!

I was surprised how well he handled the ordeal. What a tough guy! Next year, he will be up on the water slide with the big guys!
What a trooper! I hate that he fell and got a booboo on his face, but how great that he's so tough! Maybe he'll be a football player one day :) He is such a cutie--how adorable that his cheeks jiggle when he runs. I'm glad that you all had such a fun 4th of July.

Aww...poor James!! You're right - this is probably the first of many bruises to come but it sounds like he is one tough cookie! Sounds like you all managed to have a very fun 4th of July despite James tumble. :)
