Jack is 2!!!

First Birthday!
Somehow, November just flew by, and here we are at my baby's second birthday!  I was rocking Jack to sleep last night, and I wanted to freeze the moment in my head of my sweet baby boy turning two the next day.  He was wired and so happy and giggly.  I told him he was turning two the next day and was practicing with him telling me how old he would be.  I'd say, "How old are you?" and he'd answer, "I two."  When he answered, I put my nose to his nose, and he belly-laughed.  That made me laugh out loud, which made him say, "I crazy."  I cracked up even more, and he thought that this was a funny game and kept saying, "Onna do again!"  He is such a funny little boy and makes me laugh out loud daily. Some of my favorite things about Jack right now are: *the way he growls at me.  He growls commands that crack me up. *the way he runs.  He gets a serious, determined look on him face.  He's not very fast, but he goes as fast as his little legs will take him, almost tripping him up as he goes.  He'll bounce up and down as he does it, and you can tell he feels so grown up and independent as he goes to each place he's running to. *his extremely loud, full bodied, deep voice.  This can be my least favorite thing, too!  I am pretty sure I have some hearing loss from his screams that could break glass. *His always-ready-to-laugh-or-have-fun disposition. *His belly-laugh *His serious side *His puppy dog eyes and adorable lips *His thick blonde hair *His olive skin (he really stands out in our family of dark hair and fair skin) *His huge smile *His dimple *The way he looks at me when I discipline him.  I don't know what he's thinking, but he's taking it in (hardly ever with any tears) and then ready for some loving. *The way he says, "Momma, hold you." or "Momma, carry you."  I can't ever resist that. *The way he wants certain people at certain times.  He'll refuse one and bury into the one he wants. *How much he ADORES his brother.  He likes to give him his favorite toys in the car sometimes and says, "Here Mae-Mae". *How he loves to rough house with James like little bear cubs.  He will take extra roughness from him. *How he loves to sing and be sung to.  He says frequently, "Onna song." and makes me sing certain songs to him.  His favorites now are the Bob the Builder song and the Thomas the Train song.

Jack wouldn't hold up two fingers(cooperate as James said), so big brother decided he would hold up fingers for his age!

I recently came across your blog and wanted to take a moment of your time to inquire about any guest posting opportunities that you may have on your blog. I've written an informational and educational article on the importance of early childhood education that I believe your readers of (http://lazislife.blogspot.com/) would be interested in.

Thank you in advance for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.
