This Fall started out in a wonderful way! Our newest nephew, John David, was born on September 1! We were so excited to have a new little one to love in our family. Elizabeth, Mary Beth, and I rode up together to be there for the birth. We met up with Mom and Dad, who'd gotten there earlier that morning, and Jilinda's parents in the waiting room, while we anxiously awaited getting to go back to their room to meet him. That weekend, Josh, the boys, and I went up again, so that they could meet him, too. He is absolutely beautiful and as sweet as they come!
Grandparents week was my first PTA job at James' school. I worked with one other mom, and we had a blast putting this thing together. She and I were up there working for several hours every day, during the actual Grandparents week, and I really enjoyed getting to know the people at James' school more. Jack enjoyed being up there, too, and did great entertaining himself while I worked.
Josh and James got to go to several BU games this Fall together, and it has made a huge Baylor fan out of James now! The boys are going to get season tickets next year, because they had so much fun going together. James is truly so much fun to watch sports with. He knows about as much as I do now about football, and really gets into games. He watches and rewatches games, and that was all he would ask to watch on TV all Fall. Sunday afternoon while Josh was working out at the gym, I found myself watching NFL football games (which I don't care about), because James wanted to watch them. It's already starting! I might as well get used to it with two more boys under him!

Halloween party at school. James has never seen Captain America, but that was all he wanted to be this year. When I saw a costume in his size and saw his reaction to it, I had to let him wear it!
Edward Jones Fall family festival. I love Josh's company, because they include families in just about everything they do! We had a great time fishing, roasting smores, and going on a hayride!

cute little buddies!
The morning after Halloween, I woke up and layed in bed, since Josh and James had left early for school and the house was quiet. I started getting the feeling that it was later than I thought. I finally got up, and when I went into the living room, I found this! No wonder Jack hadn't come in to wake me up!! He found his Halloween candy and just decided to go to town with it! :)
