Our busy summer kicked off this year with our family moving into a new house! This was something that we've talked on and off about for a while, and this Spring, while driving around and looking at houses, we found a house that we felt like would be a great place for us. After lots of prayer, talking, and thinking about it, we went for it! We put our house on the market in late April, and 6 days later had a contract on it. We felt like that was a sign that it was meant to be! Moving in has not been easy, but things are starting to feel settled now, and we are loving our new house. I was worried about James having a hard time adjusting, since he cried when he saw the sign in our yard the first time, but he has adjusted faster than anyone! I asked him if he missed our old house, and he answered quickly, "no way!". Jack had a bit more trouble. He threw lots of tantrums and was out of sorts for a couple of weeks. We had to go to our old neighborhood a couple of times, and he screamed, "I want to go to our OLD house!!!" and "I want to go HOME!!!" Poor baby. I think he's coming around, though. When we were coming home from vacation last week, he said, "I want to go to our new house." :) It's got to be so confusing to a 2-year-old!

Lots of work to be done!
