Now that I'm in my third trimester, I'm feeling the pressure to get everything done that needs to be done before the baby gets here. Josh and I have had a lot of fun getting started on the nursery. A couple of weekends ago, Josh and his good friend Joey spent the whole Saturday painting our nursery (thanks again Joey!), and it looks great! We finally decided on a crib and the bedding, too. Here are some pics of the progress so far (we have a long ways to go still!).

I am soooo excited!! I can't wait- Can't wait to see the finished project! Here's to nesting!
I love the blue and the shelves! Kaylee also has a blue room because that is her favorite color. I cannot wait for more pictures...I know it is going to be precious.
Thanks! I loved that blue and even thought that it would look really good if we had a girl next, with girlish accents of course.
Already talking of #2, huh? ha
I love the looks of the room so far. I got a Pottery Barn kids catalog today and think I found your bedding that you told me you got. If so, it is TOO cute!!!!
Post more pictures soon. I can't wait to see more of James' room!
Yes, I just love being pregnant so much that we're planning to get pregnant as soon as James is here! JK!! It is probably the same bedding as you saw. I'm glad you like it!
How fun and exciting!! Just a tinge jealous here!! Nothing like the first.
Thanks babe! I am determined to blog more. I have days when it seems like a burden, but I'm always glad I did it, especially when I look back at old posts. It's like a journal you can look back on.
MDM- That's what Elizabeth keeps telling me...enjoy this because there's nothing like the first time going through this. The second and third you have other kids distracting you.
How funny... we're building a new house and while I referr to bedroom #3 as the guest room, in my head it's the next nursery and I'm making sure that the colors will work w/ baby decor!!! :) Have a blast doing this and don't freak out if sweet baby James doesn't make it into his nursery for a few weeks. Hadlee was 6 weeks old before she slept in her crib ~ I cried b/c she was getting too big to stretch out in her cradle. *Sniff*
Your room is looking great! I know that you are getting so excited! Poor Camryn! She is just moving into Lauren's old room- I can't wait to meet little James!
