Happy to be Home!
We're home and I'm feeling a little distracted, but I just wanted to write a couple of lines. Everything is going so well, and I can't believe how much we love little James in the short time we've known him. This week will be fun because Josh is taking off, and my mom and sister will be coming over to help. He's such a beautiful and sweet baby, and I'm anxious to get to know him more every day. Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes. I'll write more in the next few days. I'll post pictures soon.

Congratulations on the birth of James! I can completely sympathize with you about the "too late to get an epidural" thing. That's exactly what happened with my first child. I "enjoyed" it so much, I went natural with my second too!
Take it easy...take care of yourself...rest when the baby rests (the laundry will be there when you wake up)...eat...drink lots of water (especially if you're nursing)...and enjoy this amazing time with your baby!

I am getting antsy just thinking about holding sweet little James. We are going to be in town at the end of May to get my haircut, so I know my mom and I will want to try to stop by to meet him! If I can wait that long...!

Yeah!!! I can't wait for you to meet him!! Just call me when you come into town. I just looked at your pictures and they were incredible! That place looked gorgeous and y'all did, too! I loved the ones of y'all in from of the sunset. I still need to call you and fill you in on the labor! James came into the world in a very dramatic way...can't wait to talk to you!
