We are going to be induced tomorrow morning at 6am!! I ended up going to the doctor today because of severe pain in my pelvis that started at 1am this morning and was causing me to barely be able to walk. He told me that I had diastasis pubis, which is an abnormal separation of that bone (it's supposed to separate a few mm during pregnancy, and mine is separated 1 cm), and they were going to schedule me to be induced tomorrow! This is something that is fairly uncommon, but it will start healing itself immediately after delivery and possibly just take a few days to completely heal. He said I can help it heal by binding something tight around my hips, so I'm going to borrow some Spanks and hope that that'll do the trick!
This is such a different feeling from last time, and I'm still kind of in shock and disbelief that I'm actually going to have him tomorrow! I would appreciate your prayers for a safe delivery and a healthy baby! I'm sure my sister will have pics up on the blog soon after his arrival!
